The Credits and Refunds Department is opened until 2:30 p.m. Pacific Time.

All the products we carry are brand new, unused merchandise. We do not carry, nor do we sell, any manufacturer refurbished, seconds, or blemished goods. All items carry the full manufacturer’s warranty in addition to our own warranty.

Warranty details for specific products are included in individual product page descriptions.

You may exchange your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase less shipping and handling fees. Defective items will be exchanged within the duration specified by the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Items deemed defective will be replaced with the exact same item. If the item is deemed to NOT be defective the shipping charges will not be refunded and a 25% re stocking fee will apply. If an item is ordered incorrectly, there will be no refund on shipping charges and there will be a 25% restocking fee.

Please call to contact us before returning any items, we will issue you a return authorization number and provide you with information on return shipping. Your return or exchange replacement item will be shipped after we have received and processed your returned merchandise. We will not accept, nor will we be held responsible for, any returned items shipped without an assigned return number written visibly on the outside of the package.

All Circuit boards and logic receiver boards are NON REFUNDABLE.

Shipping

For expedited shipping (i.e. 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Next Day/Saturday Delivery, or any other shipping rate not shown, please email us at info@linear-access-controls.com for more information. We also offer worldwide delivery, please email or fax your request for shipping prices.

Most of our orders are shipped using UPS, if they are, a tracking number is issued. In some instances, UPS does not offer Regular Ground Service, in which case, we will ship via USPS (U.S. Postal Service) and NO tracking number is issued. FedEX is available if you provide us with your FedEX account number.

Transit times within the US vary between 1-7 business days via UPS Residential/Commercial Ground depending on your location. We cannot estimate UPS International delivery transit times due to Customs delays and your local delivery services. Transit times for Special Order products is generally up to 10 business days. Items on Back Order usually take from 10 business days to 15 business days. Items that are Back Ordered by the Manufacturer could take up to 60 days. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

Special Order: All special order items require a 50% deposit of the total purchase value before ordering. Please call for lead times on special order items or request a quote by email or fax. Certain items such as, but not limited to, gate operators, telephone entry systems, card reader systems, access control systems, non-stock radio controls, and any item that has been specifically ordered for you are considered a special order items. All returns and cancellations within 30 days or exchanges within our 1-year warranty policy are subject to a 50% restocking fee. All warranties are void where evidence of misuse or abuse is present.
