Easy to use; on time delivery at agreed price. What else can you ask for? Ive used them before and will continue in the future.

The vendor did everything I thought they should. It was easy specifiying the replacement part. The part arrived on time and works perfectly. Interestingly another site specified a different part number as a replacement. Would it have worked? Perhaps. This other site was also $2 cheaper on a $70 part, but because this site was on Yahoo I felt I had some assurance that I would get acceptable service. I received excellent service. I would recommend this site to anyone.

I had problems programing the garage door openers. I was told it could be a problem with my opener, but provided a toll free number to Chamberlin. Chamberlin told me to set the numbers in each remote the same and it should work. I had no idea there were settings inside the remotes, and apparently customer service did not know either. I found the nubmers, set the same, and the remotes then programed without a problem. None of the programing instructions with the remotes mention numbers to set if you buy more than one remote.

Product was not shipped for a few days. Otherwise everything was fine. Price was competitive, although shipping was $5 on a $20 remote controller.

The web site is easy to navigate, has photos of the items, and it is simple to find what you need and purchase. Feedback from them was immediate and shipping was almost the same. The website indicates shipping within so many days/hours, but the product was shipped the next morning with the UPS tracking info. Highly recommended

I recently ordered a replacement gear assembly for a Chamberlain garage door opener. The ordering procedure was fairly easy with good information as to what was being ordered. There was good follow up with email containing tracking information. Unfortunately, when using this information I found out that my order was being sent to someone else. Fortunately, this was easily corrected by a phone call to the number provided in the email. The individual in shipping that handled my call did a great job even though I could not find my order number and only had my tracking number. The parts came in a few days and was what ordered.

I recently purchased the mini-remote to go with my new Liftmaster garage door opener. I was unable to reach Liftmaster by phone, but found that ordering on line was quick and easy. When the product shipped, I received an e-mail confirmation, and the product arrived within the time frame promised. Since I have not yet seen my bill for this item, I trust that the shipping/handling charge will be modest without any heretofore unknown charges.

The parts kit that I ordered was shipped out the same day of my order and followed up with two emails, one confirming my order and the other with a tracking number from the shipper. The parts kit came with detailed instructions that allowed me to install the parts in an efficient manner. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience with Liftmaster/Chamberlain garage opener parts online.

When I placed a re-order because they were not clear I needed both items, they wouldn't give me a break on the shipping. I've paid rush charges on both orders. And return charges. I am single and had to schedule someone to come install this product. It's been a HUGE pain. I called this time and was transfered and disconnected. Online is sooooooo much better.

Pretty expensive; but I recognized that up front and decided to pay for the convienence of having it delivered to my front door.

It was easy and prompt. I couldnt find the Liftmaster/Chamberlin garage door remote at Lowes or Home Depot. Their universal required I re-program the door and the one remote that still worked. That seemed stupid. Glad I thought about using the Internet to find what I really needed. Thanks.

Received exactly what I ordered very promptly. They send me notice of shipment.. twice. If all companies service was this good, I'd do all of my business via the internet.

I'm having a technical issue with the product I ordered, and after emailing them five days ago, I still have not had a response back.

It took 10 days to get my order. I order items online frequently and it usually takes no more than 5 business days. Their tracking system was good though.

Prices were comparable to those of an auction. Tracking number was received lightning fast. Quality merchandise arrived neatly packaged. Thanks!

If they shipped my Items within a couple of days it should not have taken that long,thats my only comment.The items arrived in good shape, packaged well.

When the part was ordered over the Internet, I paid "top dollar" to have it delivered the next day. Later in the afternoon, I called because I had a question about the order. I then asked if the part was going to be there the next day. I was told that it usually takes several days. I informed the person that had paid to have it delivered the next day. This person then told me that he would see that the part was sent so that it would be received the next day like it was supposed to. I could check on the progress over the Internet in a couple of hours. When I did, it was scheduled to be delivered on time. I am grateful that the part was delivered the next day and things worked quite well. Thanks to the person who took care of the problem before it became a more of a problem. It does make me wonder what would have happened if I hadn't called to ask the question. The first UPS tracking number sent to me via e-mail was incorrect but that was corrected later. Shipping took a little long but that is understood since the shipment had to come all the way across the country. Parts were as described on website. E-mail communications were great to keep me informed of the status of the order.

My only disagreement was that I ordered the component and paid for three day UPS delivery and the component arrived eight days later. I should not have been charged the higher shipping rate. I was however, very pleased with the quality of the components ordered. They went together without a hitch and work perfectly. I would order from this company again and have recommended them to my friends and neighbors.

Very Satisfied.

My only problem was with the shipping. A choice was not given as far as which mode-- only choices within ONE company. I would have preferred US Mail as the package can be left in my box. Otherwise, I had difficulty. I was not home the first day of the delivery and had to make arrangements for the second day (although I was leaving as they showed up). This is very important in this busy society and choices must be given!

Only one of three wire bracket connectors for the radio receiver were in the package so I had to improvise with some wire to connect all of the radio receiver terminals to the garage door opener.

Ordered the electric eyes for my Sears garage door. They said it is compatible with the Sears model I had. Unfortunately, it is probably electrically compatible, but it is larger than the Sears unit and won't fit in the mounting bracket.

The merchant did fine as far as the merchandise order but the item that was ordered was not the right one for the opener. As it was listed as working on a model 550 Chamberlain product.However this particular opener has only 8 DIP switches not 9.This obviously is why it does not work .

I received the circuit board and rear plate for my opener very quickky. When I insatlled it, everything worked fine. However, when I went to reinstall the cover to my opener, I found out that the physical configuration of the new part is different from the original and I had to modify the installation to make it work

Customer Service nor the item description did not properley warn that the unit may need a transformer to work properly. Once the main part arrived and the installation instructions were really read. It became obvious. Then another $5.00 shipping and another week wait. Also then the price is alittle too high compared to an entire new replacement, but your already half commetted.

The actual part number I wanted was not listed on the Sear website, so I chose a part with a very similar number and with the same year of manufacture. This would have done the job but was a fraction too large to fit the casing of the opener and also was the wrong shape. I will be returning the item. The website should list ALL parts as available.

i could not use all the parts, i had a belt drive, the gear unit came for a chain drive. there was only one unit listed. i had to disassemble and use one nylon gear and throw the rest away, it would be an improvement if a customer could order the individual gears at a fraction of the costs.

The switch that I ordered was not delivered on time even though I specified and paid for 2-Day Air delivery. Customer Service took care of me and the delivery amount was credited back to me so I was satisfied. When the part was finally delivered, two came instead of one. This was again handled by Customer Service. Overall, I am satisfied to get a part that I could not find anywhere else.
